ASSEMBLYWOMAN SAYWARD HONORED BY NEW YORK FARM BUREAU "CIRCLE OF FRIENDS" AWARD
Assemblywoman Teresa Sayward (R,I,C – Willsboro) was recently honored with the “Circle of Friends” award by the New York Farm Bureau. The award is a result of Sayward’s commitment to supporting New York agriculture and the Farm Bureau.
The Farm Bureau is a non-partisan, volunteer organization. The award is based on voting record on issues of importance to New York agriculture as well as other measures of support for farmers and the agricultural industry.
“Agriculture is the backbone of New York’s economy and is a way of life in many parts of the North Country,” said Sayward. “It is an honor to be renewed as a member of the Farm Bureau’s Circle of Friend’s. I take my commitment to the farming community very seriously and pledge to do all that I can to support the farm families of New York.”
