SAYWARD MULLS OVER LT. GOVERNOR'S BUDGET PLAN
“Lieutenant Governor Ravitch gave us a lot to think about with his plan for balancing New York’s budget. We need to drastically reduce spending in order to reduce our deficit. He gave us a five-year plan that included borrowing, which I am skeptical about, but over the next few weeks we will talk this over and see what makes the most sense for the people of New York.”
